Dear Team,

 

For those personnel who unable to follow the rule of “absent from the job function”, the qualification will suspended. So the impact will freeze the opportunity to run the process. Please try to avoid this situation since we had applied for multi skill with a very proper consideration before.

 

So, the Supervisor must take care of controlling this rules (and the overdue qualification) by continuously reminding the subordinates to report if they absent from the job function.

 

This concept is adopted from common logic, example: someone who know his Driver License is going to expire, he must come to the Police Department to extend his License.

 

But please understand it doesn’t means our Trainer not support your area, but we need to engage the responsibility and authority to act, should be delegated nearest to the point where the facts are known and the action takes place.
